As we all know Android 1.0 was called Alpha, then later on Android 2.0 Beta came, after that Android 1.5 came which was known as Cupcake and other Android versions came which was given such names until Android 4.4 KitKat came and after that Android 5.0 and Android 5.1 Lollipop came along.
According to this if we are going to take this naming schematic into consideration, Android's next version name will start with letter "M".
Designer Vladislav Vitula figured that Google will call its next Android version Muffin. Android Muffin is not bad name. Actually we all are very big fans of Muffin over here. But Vitula not only imaged Google's next generation Android name, he also created concept for it.
Thus, Android 6.0 Muffin was envisioned to come complete with new features such as Multi-Window and Quick Reply.
Multi-Window is not something we haven't seen before. Both Samsung and LG utilize this feature, which is already embedded in their proprietary skins (Which is based on Android)
to allow android users run two or more window side by side (i.e. at the same time).
It is known that more and more smartphone maker are pushing out Phablets, Multi-Tasking would be nifty feature to have in next android version.
As for the next feature Quick Reply, this feature would allow users to answer incoming calls or texts right from the notification that appears in the status bar. Apart from that the overall
Material Design feel of the concept is pretty evident and it does look suited too.
